We are a Growing Utility Contracting Company seeks the following:
· Experienced Lineman to lead an Aerial crew
Requirements:
• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred
• Previous experience in standard and high-risk areas a preferred
• Experienced in Aerial fiber and coax construction
• Previous experience in operating a T-40 or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of Aerial telecommunications strand, cable and fiber placement
• General knowledge of Aerial strand, cable and fiber construction practices
• Must be able to read and understand HFC, Frontier, AT&T and PG&E design prints
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus but is not required
• Ability to work in various environments/settings with moderate to loud noise levels
• Capable of working at heights up to 60ft above the ground
• Prepared to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach and lift for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted

This position assists with the construction, installation, and maintenance of aerial, fiber, and coaxial line projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:2 Years of experience working in heights off of hooks/Bucket Truck.
2 Years of experience Pulling Fiber, Coaxial Cable and Copper, Moving a lasher and Setting/Recking out Utility Poles.
Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade aerial and underground telecommunications cable per the applicable specifications and quality and safety standards
Inspect and test CATV, coax, and fiber
Dig holes and assist in setting poles and anchors
Drive and operate line vehicles and station them properly for the work to be done
Adhere to all safety requirements and procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Organize materials and basic hand tools necessary to complete project requirements
Complete all required Company documentation; maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment inspections

General yard maintenance includes lawn mowing and fertilization, weed, wedge and tree trimming, leaf raking and bagging.
